If during the ordering checkout process you receive notification that your credit or debit card has been declined, we strongly suggest that you firstly ensure that you have entered all the required information including card numbers, expiry dates and security codes exactly as they are displayed on your card. Double check the type of card you are using . We accept Visa, Delta, Visa Electron, MAsterCard, Maestro and Solo credit and debit cards as payment for orders.

If you are still unable to understand why your card has been declined you must contact the bank that issued the card to find out why.

Please Note: only your bank can tell you why your card has been declined.

You also always have the option of going back and selecting an alternative payment option or providing a new payment details.
