Items Damaged In Transit, Faulty items and Wrong Items

Items that have been damaged in transit, have a manufacturers fault or where you've received an incorrect item, should be returned to us immediately upon receipt. Please use the enclosed Returns Form in the parcel and send the item back to us.

Once we receive the item and can confirm the problem, we will send a replacement to you (subject to stock availability). In cases where we no longer have the item in stock, we will look to offer an alternative product to suit your needs.

Please note that in many areas of the UK we work with CollectPlus which offers a convenient way of exchanging your fault or damaged item for free. You can also return your item without exchange using the CollectPlus service for £3.50 [which will simply be deducted from any refund due].

If you are unable to use the CollectPlus service, then please provide us with a receipt for your cost of returning the item to us and we will reimburse you the cost up to a maximum £3.50.

Unwanted Items

If you receive your item and it was not what you expected, we offer a cooling down period of 14 days. Please return the item to us with the enclosed Returns Form, and we will process the item when it arrives. If you wish to exchange the item for something else, please indicate this on the Returns Form.

  • If you return any unwanted item within 14 days of receiving it, we will refund the cost of the item itself.
  • If you return any unwanted item within 7 days of receiving it we will also refund the original shipping charges.

We work with CollectPlus which offers you a convenient way of exchanging your item(s) free of charge. It is a service that is available in most locations throughout the UK. You can also return your item quickly and easily without need to exchange for £3.50 [which will simply be deducted from any refund due].

We will not cover your charges for sending any unwanted item back to us over and above those outlined above.
